I had a great experience working with CR construction. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful, and truly cared about delivering quality work. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, treated myself and our property with respect, and always took the time to answer any questions.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and the finished home turned out amazing. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of their work. I would highly recommend CR construction to anyone looking for a reliable, professional home builder that delivers outstanding results.

We’ve had great experiences with Mike, Cory, Ben and their crews at CR Construction. My husband and I originally purchased one of their spec homes (April 2025) and from the first time we walked through it, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The layout was well thought out, the quality was excellent, and it really felt like home.
We were so happy with our experience that when it came time to finish our basement, we didn’t want to use anyone else. They were easy to work with from start to finish, listened to what we wanted, and were always fair with pricing. At no point did we feel like we were being overcharged or pressured into anything.
One thing we really appreciated was Cory’s experience. He came up with ideas and solutions that never would have crossed our minds, and several of his suggestions actually helped keep our costs down without sacrificing what we wanted. It was clear he was looking out for us, not just trying to add to the project.
While they were finishing our basement, my husband was also having a shed built by someone else, and we were responsible for getting the permit. We had no idea where to start, so we asked Cory for a little advice. Instead of just pointing us in the right direction, he went above and beyond. He filled out and submitted the permit application to the city for us, and when there ended up being an issue with the shed pad placement (which was completely our mistake), he even worked with the city on our behalf to help get everything sorted out.
He didn’t have to do any of that since it wasn’t even his project, but that’s just the kind of person he is. That level of kindness and willingness to help is hard to find, and it’s something we’ll always remember.
The finished basement turned out even better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It even came in under budget!! The fact that we trusted CR Construction enough to hire them a second time says a lot.
If you’re looking for a builder who does quality work, is honest and fair, and genuinely cares about his customers, we’d highly recommend CR Construction.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our brand new CR Construction Custom Home❣️ We moved in on 1/16/26, and each day we notice something that reminds us that we are so happy that we chose this builder. We knew that CR Construction was the right choice from the day we toured the spec homes that were available. We were assured by Ben and Mike that we could customize the basic plan that we liked the best with features from the other models that we also liked, in addition to adding in features that were not in any of their plans. The final result was our new “dream home” for our retirement years. Ben was so helpful in the planning process and was very patient with us as we ended up tweaking a few things as the build progressed.
It was truly exciting to see the work done as we visited the property almost daily! Throughout the building process it was such a pleasure to get to know Cory Ronk and his subcontractors that have been working with him for many years. From the digging for the foundation, basement, and well, the framing, insulation, siding, plumbing, HVAC, painting, trim work, electrical and cabinet install to the LVP install and final touches, we either met all the subcontractors in person or saw their work “up close” at the end of each day we visited the property. We have nothing but compliments for their quality workmanship!
My husband and I highly recommend CR Construction to build your new home! Whether it’s a spec home or a custom home, I believe you will be happy. If there’s an issue, they are dedicated to “making it right”. Their happy homeowners are their advertising and their reputation means everything to them.

CR construction gets 5 stars only because that’s the max (I would give more if I could). The team was exceptional every step of the way. Their professionalism and communication was superb. Cory went above and beyond making us feel like we always matter usually responding to questions and comments immediately. He is open, honest, and transparent with a positive mental attitude suited to handle any situation. Mike ensured that our budget was realistic and reasonable. I especially like the line by line spreadsheet that was provided with all building costs shown individually with the option to add or subtract anything we wanted so we always felt like we knew exactly what we were getting ahead of time. Draws for our loans were well documented with all invoices and all questions were answered with 100% satisfaction. Ben made sure that all materials were ordered and picked up ahead of schedule and worked through all minor construction changes throughout production flawlessly. I initially figured on the project being behind schedule and over budget (like most big jobs) but the new build was completed 1 day ahead of schedule and $28 thousand under budget WITHOUT cutting corners! I have heard of other construction companies being hard to deal with and trying hide costs or mistakes or up charging without explanation. That was not the case with CR construction. They provided exceptional service at a very reasonable price. I recommend them for any and all construction needs

We had a great experience with the entire crew at CR construction! They helped us through every step of the building process. Whenever we asked about something we were only ever given the same answer “yes we can do that.” Our new home turned out even better than we had imagined. You can certainly see they hold their homes to a high standard, paying close attention to detail. We will definitely recommend this company to anybody that is looking to build a new home!

Cory, Mike and Ben all made our first time home build such an enjoyable and great experience from start to finish. Everything we wanted in a house, we got, plus more!
It was so much fun to see everything come together, the AMAZING work and craftsmanship that Cory and his team do. Everyone we encountered when we would stop out at our house throughout the entire build was super nice and respectful as well.
Our house turned out BEAUTIFUL and we couldn’t be more happy! We can’t say thank you enough for everything that everyone did for us. Thank you CR Construction for the amazing work, kindness, and extra time you ALL put into making our house our forever home.
