The Wolf
The largest of our spec home plans. Bonus room above the garage, fully finished garage and huge pantry.
The Leo
Over 2000 sq/ft on the main floor, 4 bedrooms (or office), 9ft ceilings. There is a lot of detail in this house and feels like a custom home.
The Grayce
Our second most popular plan. As a price per square foot, this is our lowest price. The garage is always fully finished and the bonus room above the garage gives 400ft of extra space.
The Mayci
For cooking and entertainment space, this house is for you. The pantry is incredible. The beverage center is off of the kitchen.
The Tucker
We took the Emma floorplan and made additional space. You benefit of our most cost effective plan, but we made the kitchen and living room larger for entertaining.
The Emma
Most popular plan, most cost effective. A lot of great square footage without the cost. The 3+ stall garage is loved by all buyers.
The Bryce
If you like a peninsula style kitchen, this is a great plan to look at.
The Trinity
Cost effective plan designed to minimize waste of material. The Trinity is 1510 which is under covenant requirements for some subdivisions, but it’s a great opportunity for those that have a budget.
The PETER
Entry level floorplan. It’s a small house for a small budget.
